Thermal Imaging Professional Observation Display System Integration

Matching and validation of a thermal image source,Micro-OLED and observation eyepiece
From image-chain confirmation toprofessional observation terminal sample validation.

01 |  Why This Project

This project focuses on the development of a professional observation terminal display system, using a thermal camera core. It performs matching and validation of the image source, Micro-OLED and eyepiece.

Key Challenges to Be Addressed
  • Ensure sufficient observation information
  • Preserve signal integrity during optical transmission
  • Handle resolution and contrast trade-offs
  • Maintain color accuracy and image detail
  • Ensure uniform brightness and clarity across the display field
  • Address control timing and response
  • Meet environmental compatibility and structural reliability
02 |  Solution Requirements

The solution must provide sufficient resolution and dynamic range while ensuring high reliability across the full system chain, including optical connection, video signal, and enclosure structure.

& Environmental Validation

From the initial stage to the final stage of sample delivery, key validations are performed across the entire image chain to ensure performance in image quality, resolution, brightness, contrast, grayscale, delay, and more. This ensures compatibility with both the environment and professional observation applications.

05 |  What Was Confirmed After Validation

After validation, the following items were confirmed across the entire image chain, including the thermal camera core, image control & display driving, 0.49" Micro-OLED and observation & eyepiece structures.
